GP training provides the practice with an exciting opportunity to support fully qualified doctors as they complete the final stages of general practice training. All registrars have post-qualification clinical experience before starting at the practice. They are able to consult independently and make clinical decisions under supervision by the current trainers, Dr Gautham Adusumilli and Dr Imran Ismail.
They will also be expected to conduct some video surgeries (with patient consent) in order to develop and hone their consultation skills. Please be reassured that there will be no pressure to be videoed if you are uncomfortable. The videos are used purely for training purposes and are then deleted.
