In line with the latest guidelines from NHS England, the surgery will not be running open surgery as face to face appointments with a GP or Minor Illness Nurse. Patients will be asked to call the surgery to book a telephone triage appointment in the first instance with an appropriate clinician, until further updates have been received from NHS England or Public Health England.

 

To book a same day telephone triage appointment, (including telephone triage appointments for the afternoon), or for further advice, please call the surgery on 01234 750234 for CRANFIELD and 01234 766551 for MARSTON from 08:30 Monday to Friday. Please be advised that following Public Health England directive, we have suspended online appointments until further notice.

 

If the clinician feels that following their initial assessment you need to be seen, a face to face appointment will be arranged for you to visit the surgery.

 

Patients who have pre booked appointments will be contacted the day before their appointment and advised of the appropriate action required.

 

Patients are asked to complete a questionnaire from the NHS 111 before any face to face appointment, which includes appointments with the Practice Nurses, Midwives and Physiotherapist by using the link below. Please note that any appointments with the Practice Nurse for child immunisations will be unaffected

We kindly ask patients not to bring repeat prescription requests into the surgery, but place requests in the outside post box at the surgery.
