We are pleased to announce that the new extension is now operational. If you are invited to attend the surgery, you can now enter via the new entrance opposite the main car park.

The only access to the rear of the building is for the Well Pharmacy. There is no access to the surgery at rear of the building.

The sample collection box and prescription post box are now located in the foyer of the new entrance. Where possible, repeat prescriptions should be ordered via online access. Please contact the surgery if you require assistance with this.

Please be aware that COVID restrictions are still in place at the surgery.
