Surgery Information

Patients will be required to wear a face mask and have their temperature taken before being allowed entry into the surgery.

For some people, wearing a face covering may be difficult due to physical or mental health conditions. If a person is unable to wear a face covering a risk assessment and plan will be agreed with the patient prior to entering the surgery.

These are procedures in place to keep both patients and staff safe.
